8. Subscription Terms
Payments
- Fees: Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. The plans, their prices and what each includes are shown on the Platform before you subscribe.
- Payment Processing: On iOS, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. On Android, payments are processed by Google through Google Play. On the web, payments are processed through RevenueCat's web billing, with card payments handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Taxes: Prices shown to consumers include the taxes, such as VAT, that the law requires to be included. Where the law makes you responsible for other taxes or duties, you pay them.
Automatic Renewal
- Renewal Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, and the paid features stay available until then.
Changes and Refunds
- Price Changes: We may change subscription prices. We will tell you about a price change in advance, and it applies from your next renewal. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it applies.
- App Store and Google Play: Refunds for subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
- Web: For a subscription bought on the web, write to contact@getonstage.app about a refund.
- Partial Periods: Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not refund or credit partial subscription periods or unused time.
- Your Statutory Rights: If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer protection law gives you, including any right of withdrawal that applies to you. Nothing in this Agreement limits those rights.
9. Termination
By You
- Termination: You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may delete your account from your profile settings on the Platform.

By Us
- Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you seriously or repeatedly violate this Agreement, if you fail to pay subscription fees, or where the law requires us to.
- Notification: We will give you notice and our reasons before suspension or termination, unless the law or an urgent risk to the Service or to other users prevents it.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term. To cancel, follow these steps depending on where you subscribed:
- iOS: Cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions.
- Android: Cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions.
- Web: Cancel your subscription on the Platform, in your team's subscription settings.
Please note that deleting OnStage from your device or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. For help with cancelling, visit getonstage.app or write to contact@getonstage.app.

To the extent permitted by law:
- Indirect Damages: OnStage, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, use or goodwill.
